All the different products and items sold by Fake Diploma Sale are meant to be used as novelty items and not for any illegal purpose.

If there is any misuse of any product purchased from us, we at Fake Diploma Sale or our employees will not be responsible and will not be held liable for any legal procedures brought against any persons who participate in illegal activities using a product created and sold by us.

An act of misuse can be constituted as a result of fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, and misappropriation or other, of any item created or sold by us. We strongly DO NOT condone any such use. The responsibility of using any such item purchased from us lies solely with the customer. The provider will not be responsible for any such acts committed by the customer and can not be held liable.

The customer will accept full responsibility for their actions which involves the use of our products.

You (the Customer) accept that you are not in the employment of, or have not been previously employed by, or are not associated with any form of law enforcement agency (Police, FBI, Courts, Law Offices) or any media institution.

You (the customer) accept that you have not graduated from the High School, College, University or any other institution, which you have ordered the diploma, degree or transcript from. All items, including web pages and stationary are copyright of Fake Diploma Sale 2006-2007. All rights reserved. These include all the images that have been used in the site and the literary content as well.

You (the customer) accept full responsibility for any legal issues that might occur with regard to the laws and statutes of your country, due to importation and use of item produced by or purchased from our website. .

Any item sold or issued by us are not authentic diplomas or degrees from any official high school, college, university or other educational institute. They are only to be used as novelty items for gags, theatrical productions, video productions etc. The use of these items for any other purpose is not advisable.

We emphasize clearly that we are not affiliated to with any school, college, university, military organization or religious group. We are an independent third party organization.

We DO NOT provide any warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose or non-infringement and will not take responsibility for any damages or losses suffered by the bearer.

I (the customer) understand and accept that all documents created by or purchased from this organization are only to be used as novelty items. If in any case documents purchased by myself are used in any fraudulent manner, I will take sole responsibility for my actions.

I agree that I will not alter or deface the documents once they are in my possession and understand and respect the copyrights of the maker.

The terms and conditions mentioned above are legally binding in a court of law and by placing an order with Fake Diploma Sale you are agreeing to abide by them. We strictly prohibit the use of our products in any illegal activities.
